Terms of use
These terms govern access to index-mapgrid.digital and enrolment in Index Mapgrid programmes. Last updated 18 August 2026.
Acceptance
By using this site, sending an enquiry, or accepting a seat on a programme, you agree to these terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request a seat.
The house and the site
Index Mapgrid is a teaching house for App Analytics, operating from 87 Southlands Road; Ponts Green; TN33 8HE; United Kingdom. This website describes programmes and fees for information. It does not complete a sale. A contract for a seat is formed only when we confirm in writing (usually email) and you accept the invoice terms attached to that confirmation.
Programmes and informational fees
Syllabuses, dates, and prices on this site may change before a cohort is confirmed. We will not take card payments here. Refunds, when they apply, are described on the refund plate. We may refuse or defer a seat if a cohort is full or if a programme is clearly the wrong instrument for your desk; we will say so rather than fill a room.
Intellectual property
Unless noted otherwise, the text, plates, templates, and sandbox materials are owned by Index Mapgrid. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Field Sheet and Plot Room materials for your own product work. You may not resell, republish, or teach from them as if they were yours. Your own event dictionaries and weekly plots remain yours; we may quote anonymised excerpts in teaching only with your permission or after stripping identifying detail.
Student work and confidentiality
Do not upload credentials, personal data of your users, or material you are not allowed to share. The sandbox exists for desks that cannot export. Critique sessions may include other students; do not present confidential strategy you cannot discuss in that room.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site (scraping that impairs the service, introducing malware, attempting to access non-public systems, or using the enquiry form for unrelated solicitation). We may block access that threatens the house or other students.
Liability
Programmes are teaching, not professional advice on your production stack, security, or finances. We do not warrant that following a dictionary or weekly plot will increase revenue, retention, or any other commercial metric. To the fullest extent permitted by United Kingdom law, Index Mapgrid is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you take using the materials. Our aggregate liability arising from a programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under United Kingdom law.
Site availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Journal essays are opinion and teaching, not a current representation of every cohort.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect intellectual property. Consumers in the United Kingdom keep any non-excludable statutory rights.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for site use; confirmed programme contracts follow the terms attached to that confirmation unless we both agree otherwise.
